PACIFIC NORTHWEST A+ CLEANING SERVICES LLC is a small family-owned and operated cleaning company proudly serving Woodburn, Oregon, and surrounding areas of the Pacific Northwest. What began as a husband-and-wife dream by Anthony and Azucena Ochoa, has grown into a licensed, insured, and fully operational business built on care, reliability, and attention to detail.

    Licensed in November 2024 and fully insured by the end of 2025, our company was created with one clear goal—to provide professional cleaning services while treating every home, office, and rental property with the same respect and care we give our own. We believe a clean space is more than just appearance; it’s about comfort, health, and peace of mind.

As parents of four and proud pet owners, we understand how important it is to maintain a clean environment that is safe for children, pets, and families. That’s why we use non-hazardous, environmentally friendly cleaning products that are effective without relying on harsh chemicals. Every space we clean reflects our personal commitment to safety, sanitation, and well-being.

   We offer a wide range of services, including interior and exterior cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, rental property and vacancy preparation, as well as deep cleans, routine maintenance, and one-time services. Within the limits of our insurance, we also perform ground-level exterior cleaning. Each job is approached thoughtfully, with careful attention to detail and an understanding of the unique cleaning challenges of the Pacific Northwest climate.
