Sanitizing High-Touch Points * Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, phones, and handrails. Floor Care * Sweeping, vacuuming carpets in offices, hallways, and reception areas. Trash Removal * Emptying all trash and recycling bins and replacing liners. Windows and Glass * Cleaning interior glass doors, partitions, and windows. (exterior may be a periodic or specialized service.) Lobby/Reception Maintenance * Keeping waiting areas tidy, organizing magazines/ reading materials, and cleaning the front desk. RESTROOMS Cleaning and Disinfecting * Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the toilet, urinals, sinks, and countertops. Mirror Cleaning * Wiping down and polishing mirrors. Floor Care * Sweeping and mopping floors. Kitchen and Breakroom * Surface cleaning, wiping down and Disinfecting countertops, sinks, and tables. Appliances Care * Cleaning and Disinfecting appliances exterior and often interior of inside microwaves. Trash and Recycling * Emptying all bins and putting new linens. Deep Cleaning: More extensive cleaning of areas not covered in regular service, such as inside cabinets and drawers. High Dusting: Dusting high- reach areas such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents. Exterior Service: Pressure washing sidewalks or sweeping building entrances.
